It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:

We work very hard to ensure that we print exactly what was ordered.  If you are dissatisfied with our service, we will work very hard to resolve any problem.  Should you receive a product that is defective or not what you designed on our site, we will happily redo the order or refund your money upon return of the defective product.  We ask that you contact us the day of receipt in order to receive an RA number.  Returns will not be accepted without a RA (return authorization).  We can send out a UPS call tag to pick up the shirts to be returned. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

We will ship your order via UPS ground for free.  If you need faster shipping, please contact us for shipping rates.
